Join us this January at the next Science Museum Lates to test your sense of taste.

Alongside Professor Charles Spence of Oxford University, we will be exploring what influences our perceptions of taste at this month’s Science Museum Late on Wednesday 31st January.

Prof. Spence will be giving a talk about his research in the area, with a focus on chocolate, and Science London will be conducting chocolate tasting experiments to explore whether good chocolate really is just about taste.

Doors open at 6:45pm. Entry FREE.
